"What can we say that has not already been said about PPSS. Our pump motor burnt out so we called and spoke to Bob. Straight away he told us that replacement motors were available and he said that he could supply the motor at a competitive price, cheaper than Pinch-a-Penny we found out. Rather than put a new motor on an old pump Bob then went on to suggest that we install a new variable speed pump. We thought the difference in the price was well worth it, we could not be happier with our new pump, a Jandy, really efficient pump. Bob recommended someone for the installation and contacted us afterwards to check that it had gone okay. Considering the work that was done it really wasn't a lot more money but having a new pump with a full 3 year warranty is peace of mind for us. Should last a while longer than a replacement motor. Bob is the first pool man we have met who has a never-ending supply of dog cookies in his pocket, we love our dogs and our dogs love Bob."
